He experienced the transformative power of the Paterson Process in his mid-twenties which moved him away from who he thought he should be, and into the man he was madeto be. Now he is passionate about bringing that clarity and purpose to others by coaching and guiding individuals, couples, and organizations in the discovery and execution of perspective-driven truth.

In addition to his LifePlan and StratOp work, Erik helps to develop culture and talent within the Paterson Tribe of Guides as we honor the legacy of Tom Paterson by serving our clients with excellence, courage, and humility.
