I grew up and spent young adulthood in the Seattle area; Alaska for 12 years; Fort Collins since 2012. My wife and I love all three states! I've been an entrepreneur in two large non-profits for decades and in small business, a leadership coach most of those years and a Paterson Guide since 2016. I love helping people and organizations come alive and be catalyzed toward excellence.
