Mark has facilitated strategic planning for over 20 years as well as provided executive coaching to organizations ranging in size from 2 – 100 employees. He guides individuals and couples discover and achieve their unique Life Plan. He also specializes in non-profit board development. He lives in Normal, Illinois, married for 35+ years, and has four adult children ages 22 – 30. Hobbies include playing games with family, hiking, March Madness, and rooting for Chicago sports teams.
