Jim Applegate
Jim Applegate is a pastor, coach, and organizational leader with more than 25 years of experience helping business and church leaders grow in clarity, health, and effectiveness. Before entering full-time ministry, Jim founded and led a multimillion-dollar construction company. He later planted a church and served as both a lead pastor and executive pastor in multi-campus settings, walking alongside leaders through seasons of growth, transition, and complex leadership challenges.
As a Paterson LifePlan coach, Jim is passionate about helping leaders discern their calling and steward their lives well so they—and the people they serve—can flourish. He has supported leaders in more than 35 countries and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, Heather. They have five adult children.
