She works with entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, executives, and high-capacity individuals navigating seasons of transition, helping them connect their story, wiring, experiences, and values to the work they were created to do. Prior to launching her coaching practice, Elisabeth spent decades building relationships and serving alongside leaders across business, ministry, athletics, and nonprofit spaces throughout Northwest Arkansas and beyond. With a background in entrepreneurship and community leadership, she brings a unique blend of discernment, encouragement, and practical wisdom to her work. Elisabeth and her husband, Jonathan, have long invested in leadership development, mentorship, missions, and community engagement in their local community and internationally.
