One of Russ’ passions in life is to see “leaders and organizations positioned for greater global impact”. For the past 25 years, Russ has been involved in training leaders and coaching organizations around the world, in both business and nonprofit arenas.

Russ spent 16 years in Latin America launching and developing a leadership development organization, and is currently involved in a global humanitarian organization he co-founded to “change the lives of people living in extreme situations.” Russ’ role is in executive coaching, partnership development and organizational design, and he currently works with 31 global nonprofit organizations working in 14 different countries.

Russ is a Certified LifePlan and StratOp Facilitator with the Paterson Center. He is also a Certified Trainer with the Center for Cultural Intelligence.

Russ has undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Christian Education, and a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Organizational Design.

He has been married to Gina for 31 years, and they live in Southern California. They have 3 adult kids who live close by.
