Sam coordinates the training, support, and development of independent Paterson Guides.

As a former Paterson client, Sam became certified in both StratOp and LifePlan in 2016. After serving 20+ years in the Army, he worked in two successful technology start-ups, leveraging StratOp as a tool for focus, alignment, and prioritization of work efforts. He graduated from West Point, holds a masters degree in strategic planning from the Naval War College, and earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Sam lives in Franklin, TN with his wife Ashley and their three children, Sami Grace, Anna Lou, and Elijah.
