I have had the great privilege of seeing the Paterson StratOp and LifePlan processes impact my life personally; and humbly the life of leaders and organizations for close to 15 years. My life purpose is to MAXIMIZE BELIEF IN LEADERS AND ORGANIZATIONS and I am continually seeking to learn and grow in how I can best serve leaders. I have also served as a pastor for over 30 years. I am married to Tara for 26 years and have two adult children: Rhett a junior at CU Boulder and Emersen a culinary student at Escoffier School of School of Culinary Arts.
