Mary Wade
Mary is a Paterson LifePlan and StratOp Guide, serving clients since 2016. She has worked with clients from roughly a dozen countries, facilitating LifePlans and StratOps for English and Spanish-speaking clients.
Mary has worked with a variety of start-ups and scale-ups in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Working in such diverse contexts across different countries, cultures, and industries has taught her agility, making her quick to adapt to the context of her clients. In all her work, from counter-human trafficking efforts to serving C-suite executives to holistic community development, her focus has always been on serving leaders and organizations that are making the world a more just, safe, and inclusive place. A passion for justice and inclusion is what drove Mary to become a LifePlan and StratOp Guide.
