I'm honored to be married to Natalie for 20+ years! We have one college aged kid and three still at the house! Outside of my family, one of the great joys of my life has been leading a remarkable team at The Village Church for over 20 years. I am committed to helping leaders (and organizations!) discover, develop, and deploy the potential that God has placed in them.
