My career has spanned 30 years of for-profit and non-profit executive work, most in start up or turn-around roles. My consulting work has been centered on strategy; organization and people are two sides of the same coin. I have been married to Shelly for 30+ years and we have four grown children. We currently split our time between Atlanta and the Ozark mountains of NW Arkansas.
