Christi Wilson
Christi Wilson is a wife of 31 years and the proud mom of four adult children—three of whom are triplet girls! She is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in leadership development, change management, customer success, and strategic partnership formation. She excels at helping people reach their maximum potential, fostering strong relationships, and solving complex problems. With an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Texas Tech, a law degree from the University of Texas, and a master’s degree in leadership from Baylor University, Christi brings a unique perspective using the Paterson materials in client engagement and organizational dynamics. Her diverse background spans law, consulting, education, board service, organizational oversight, and ministry. This distinctive mix of education and experience allows her to tackle a variety of challenges. When she’s not helping clients achieve their goals and maximize their value, you can find her enjoying life on her farm, playing with her beloved dogs, or hunting for unique coffee shops in which to relax with a good book.
