He has led growing congregations, built high-capacity teams, and guided organizations through seasons of change and discernment. Trained in the Paterson LifePlan® process, Ben helps individuals gain clarity, align their convictions with their calling, and move forward with a plan they can actually live by.

Known for his strategic insight and ability to surface what others overlook, Ben helps clients move from vague aspirations to confident, concrete next steps. He lives with his wife, Ashley, and their three children, committed to building a life of courageous obedience and long-term Kingdom impact.
