Each phase of the journey is distinct, and you only pay for the phase you’re in. You make the commitment to the next phase only if the clarity you’ve gained in the prior phase speaks to your continuing of the journey. The full program will require approximately two years to complete. The total financial investment for LifePlan certification is up to $20,000. StratOp certification is up to $26,000.
Phase 1: 2-day LifePlan with one of our team ($5,000 + travel and lodging)
*If you’ve already done your LifePlan, you will be invited to do a 1-day LifePlan Refresh with someone from the Paterson team. ($2,500 + travel and lodging)
Phase 2&3 : Online Training in the Paterson Process ($3,000 for LifePlan, $5,000 for StratOp)
Phase 4: In-person Training in Colorado ($5,000 for LifePlan, $7,000 for StratOp + travel and lodging)
Phase 5 : Coaching and Development ($7,000 for LifePlan, $9,000 for StratOp)
Phase 6 : Ongoing Licensing (Review the Paterson Guide Agreement for details.)
We do not offer payment plans. For Phases 1 through 4, full payment is due before that Phase can start. For Phase 5, payment is made via increased license fees as you work with clients, until that total is reached.
