Tony was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. In the 4th grade, his teacher told him that he asked too many questions and put a cap on the number he was permitted per day. Today, he asks questions for a living.

Tony is a Guide of the Paterson LifePlan process, and is passionate about helping individuals and couples discover their purpose, engaging both their talents and their heart, to help them reach their potential.

With a unique blend of strategic insight and heartfelt understanding, Tony helps his clients to gain clarity, energy, and direction that helps them to take next steps. He helps them to define where they are, discover where they long to be, and chart a path to get there.

He skillfully invites his clients to deeper levels of insight and self-realization. They describe him as “authentic,” “passionate,” and “invested.”

In his work, Tony is living out his own purpose: to guide people to see the beauty of who they were created to be, and challenge them to pursue it.

Outside of his work with Paterson, Tony is a brand strategist and cultural guide, using his natural approach to facilitation in multiple mediums and contexts.

He currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for OX Creative, a creative agency based in Chicago. Before joining the team at OX, Tony worked on staff at Willow Creek Community Church for 10 years, leading worship and providing oversight to weekend experiences.

Outside of the office, Tony loves exploring new restaurants, writing songs with friends, and watching documentaries about mountain climbing (from the safety of his couch).
