It is the desire of every leader to make a difference. Tim’s first awareness of this desire came when he was a young man watching a youth leader. The leader was really trying to do his job, but he was also struggling. At the time, Tim didn’t understand this struggle, he just knew he wanted to help the leader. Now, Tim lives this out by creating environments that help leaders discover what to say yes to.

Over the past 30 years Tim has been following, leading, coaching and training leaders. His primary contribution has been to design and facilitate environments for leaders’ clarity and growth. As a certified facilitator of the Paterson Center’s LifePlan and StratOp strategic planning processes, and as a certified Birkman consultant, Tim brings three decades of leadership development experience together with high impact tools that work for clients.
