Steve is wired to connect with people through his natural curiosity, love for people, & innate ability to put people at ease within minutes of their meeting. He is a natural fit as a LifePlan Facilitator, working regularly with Pastors and Business leaders who sense a season of transition in their near future.

Steve holds a BS in Christian Ministry from a Christian University in Ohio. Upon graduation, he served two churches in Arizona, first as Youth Pastor and then as an Associate Pastor, for a total of 8 years. After his vocational ministry experience, Steve & his family moved to Ohio where he entered the family print management firm & where his passion for business development and relationship management was developed.
In the mid 1990’s Steve & his wife Dodie returned to Arizona and founded a brand management firm in Phoenix, Arizona where they currently reside & work together. In 2013, Steve developed The Joshua Survey, a Church Demographic study, which identifies and clarifies the demographic make-up of individuals & families found within the church and its surrounding community to better minister to the needs of both groups. Steve regularly interacts with Church Leaders nationwide through this work.

Sensing a vocational crossroad of his own, in early 2015, Steve completed his personal LifePlan which lead to him receiving his LifePlanning Certification in April, 2015 from the Paterson Center in Boulder, CO. He enjoys working with individuals both male & female as well as Husbands & Wives through the LifePlanning process.

Steve has been married to Dodie for over 32 years and together they have two children, Lauren and Andrew, as well as a daughter-in-law, Meredith, and two Golden Doodle pups, Wrigley & Kenzie.
