Sam Donnelly

Paterson LifePlan and StratOp Guide

Sam recently retired from a 21-year career in the US Army, which included active service in our military’s most elite special operations unit and multiple overseas combat tours. A lifelong student of leadership principles and organizational health, Sam first encountered the Paterson Process as a StratOp client and directly experienced its effectiveness. Sam is now a licensed guide of both StratOp and LifePlan, and he has made it his mission to help organizations and individuals gain clarity and discover the power of perspective.

Sam’s priority in life is his family, a wife of 18 years and three children ranging from elementary to high school age. Sam is also a West Point graduate and the co-founder of a successful non-profit organization dedicated to combating human trafficking.
