With over 25 years of ministry experience in churches of all shapes and sizes, from church plants to multi-site megachurches, René excels in activating leaders to value who they are more than what they do. She believes that when you know who you are, you’ll know what to do.

René grew up in the Midwest as a Pastor’s daughter, and she now enjoys living in Southern California as a Pastor’s wife. Todd and René have two amazing kids, Ruby and Cole. She speaks around the country at retreats of a few hundred people and in churches of many thousands.
