Paterson LifePlan and StratOp Guide

Reiko’s passion for guiding others through the LifePlan process began with her own LifePlan. Discovering her unique “why” identified her life purpose — Helping Leaders Fulfill Their God-Given Vision and Inspiring Them to Finish Well. Reiko’s core talents along with her life purpose make her extremely effective in guiding others to discover their own “why” and begin to live out their life purpose in key areas.

Reiko has worked in vocational ministry and has helped guide organizations and teams through the Paterson Process both in the U.S. and abroad. When she’s not dreaming of how to move vision forward and enneagram coaching, Reiko enjoys spending time with her husband and two golden doodles in Arizona.
