Pearce Richardson believes in Creating Experiences that Lead to Growth, guiding organizations, teams, and individuals to breakthrough. He is a certified Paterson Guide in both the LifePlan and StratOp processes and thoroughly believes in the lasting impact potential of both processes.

Before becoming a Paterson Guide, Pearce used his talents to coach College and High School baseball, he really enjoyed connecting and forming relationships with the men that he coached. Pearce still has a passion for the athletic community and believes that the Paterson Processes can serve an important role in helping athletes transition from their careers; and give teams needed clarity to achieve their goals.

Pearce comes alive in the wilderness and loves fly-fishing, hunting, mountain biking, snowboarding, and hiking. He enjoys engaging and sharing abstract thoughts and ideas, creating with his hands, creative writing, and high-risk adventures.

He and his beautiful wife, Kaelyn have a passion for creating a safe space in their home, building a refuge for connectedness and openness. They love spending time with friends and family around a good meal with good wine. They have a daughter, Knightley, and plans to grow their family in the future.
