Paterson LifePlan and StratOp Guide

Jeffrey Bailey, Ph.D., is the founder and principal of Panorama Strategies. In addition to facilitating LifePlans for individuals and StratOps for organizations, he helps nonprofits measure their impact in data-driven ways, and communicate that impact to investors and other stakeholders.

Jeff was previously the Managing Director of the Centre for Social Justice in London, one of Britain’s leading policy think tanks, where he advised government officials and nonprofit leaders on creating social impact. Throughout his career in the nonprofit and private sectors, he has worked with chief executives, political leaders, university presidents, senior church leaders, and non-profit entrepreneurs, helping them to articulate their vision, devise strategies, and implement change.

Earlier in his career Jeff taught politics and religion at Cambridge University, where he also advised the Poverty and Ethnicity Programme at the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, and the ESRC Research Centre on Micro-Social Change. He is a graduate of Duke University and Cambridge University.

Jeff lives with his wife and three school-aged children in Washington, DC. In addition to helping organizations become more effective through the StratOp process, Jeff loves working with individuals at all stages of life, helping them to clarify and pursue their own life vision through the LifePlan process.
