At Paterson, we know that answering the question of “why do we exist” and operating from that core purpose as either an individual or an organization is foundational to future success; for Jason Yakelis, his own answer translates into guiding others towards clarity that ultimately draws them closer to their own individual or collective calling.
Jason brings close to two decades of professional experience in gaining perspective and implementing action plans to drive transformation for organizations including for-profit companies, global NGOs and ministries, domestic nonprofits, government agencies, hospitals, and institutions of higher education.
Prior to starting his own individual practice in 2017, Jason served at CURE International for over seven years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Partnership Development. During his tenure at CURE, Jason participated in the organization’s initial StratOp experience, helping the organization transition from its founding generation and carrying the StratOp process forward throughout its global network. A Certified StratOp Facilitator since 2013, Jason has extensive firsthand experience in both leading groups through the initial phases of StratOp, as well as implementing the system from within an organization as a StratOp Champion.
Over that period of time, Jason was also able to engage with the Paterson LifePlan process and begin to work his own plan. His time guiding others through StratOp led him to become a Certified LifePlan Facilitator, recognizing that any group working towards the same goal is only as healthy as the individuals within it — and they deserve the same intentionality of thought, care, and development as the corporate body itself.
