Jason’s greatest life passion is to help both leaders and organizations reach their full potential. With a passion for leadership and the local church, Jason has spent many years working with organizations and churches throughout the U.S. In his time these churches, he invests his time through personal coaching, leadership development, and the Paterson process known as StratOp. As many churches have seen, StratOp is a powerful process that has guided many organizations to where they want to go.

Additionally, Jason serves as the Executive Pastor of Encounter Church in Westwood, MA. He also is very involved in the SEND Network which focuses on strategic church planting in major cities across the U.S. Within this network, he serves as the SEND Boston Training & Development Center Director, which focuses on developing and training high level church planters.

And finally, he loves doing life with his family! He is the proud husband of Rachel, and the father of two sons, Josiah & Levi.
