Eddy Smith is the Executive Director of the Abilene Library Consortium and founder of Tharseo Group, LLC in Abilene, TX.

Eddy holds Master’s degrees in English and Library Science and for more than 20 years has served as an agent of change in the areas of executive leadership, strategic planning, software development, and research in information management roles for companies, higher education, and nonprofits. Eddy also serves as an Elder of Beltway Park Church in Abilene,TX, and has a passion for teaching, missions, and seeing people walk in newness of life.

Eddy uses the Paterson LifePlan and StratOp process to activate people and organizations, encouraging and connecting them to vision and purpose with joy and courage.
