As part of the year-long experience, you’ll be instructed by our Master-level practitioners, work with real clients, and gain invaluable real-world experience. Our team will ensure you are well-versed in each of the tools in the Paterson Process, and we’ll also equip you with sales tools, leadership resources, team development resources, and more.
As an integral part of the program, you will be coached by one of our advanced Facilitators; gain invaluable experience facilitating StratOp with actual clients; and broaden your experience through our valuable library of case studies.
Over the course of the year-long certification process, you will benefit from multiple points of connection with others in the Paterson tribe and join a world-class network of like-minded Facilitators.

StratOp Champion Training
Available June 2018, StratOp Champion training is for organizational leaders who manage the StratOp process internally. Many have seen the power of the process within their organization; this training will equip them to make their greatest impact with their team as they drive the organizational vision to success.

Our year-long certification process has been designed to help you move on the journey towards mastery. Each pathway is specifically designed to prepare you to become a leading strategic guide of individuals or organizations. Unique to our training model is an assumption that you will be able to achieve a financial break-even point for your initial investment within the first 12 months. In other words, by the time you graduate from the training program, our expectation is that you will be able to recoup all of your upfront financial investment in your training and development. Along the way, we work with you to ensure that you are serving clients with a premium process, with premium tools, at a premium price point. Your personal investment of time and resources is significant. Both certifications are year-long developmental experiences as we train you in not only the Paterson Process and tools, but also in the essential elements required for success such as sales and client development training, leadership development, team development, the art of facilitation, and so on. For groups of 2 or more from the same organization who enroll in the program at the same time, for active military personnel, and for those serving full-time in the non-profit sector, we do offer a 10% discount on each of the training paths. After many years of passing on the craft of StratOp and LifePlan facilitation, we have re-designed a premium and unique training and development experience for all of our Facilitators. To start the process of becoming a Facilitator of the Paterson Process, please reach out to us and we’ll set up an introductory phone call. On this call, we’ll engage your story, learn why you want to become a Facilitator, answer your questions, as well as discuss specifics about logistics, timing, and pricing. If both you and the Paterson team determine that it’s the right time to move forward with one of our training programs, we’ll ask you to complete our application. Within three weeks of submitting your application, we’ll be able to confirm whether of not you are accepted into our training program.
We will share more of this on our first call, but all of us at Paterson are here to support you, equip and prepare you, and come alongside you to maximize your effectiveness and contribution. We do this in three main ways: 1. Ongoing resourcing and equipping through Facilitator coaching, business coaching, cohorts, peer feedback, case studies, etc., to ensure you move towards proficiency in facilitating the Paterson Process; 2. Continually raising the value in being a Facilitator by selectively training and developing those with the essential blend of talent and heart that fit the Paterson Process, so that all of our clients experience the same excellent value and impact of our work; and 3. By raising awareness of the Paterson Process around the world (through marketing collateral, client pipeline development, and more) to further increase opportunities for all Paterson Facilitators.
