Bobby loves to come alongside individuals and teams, guiding them towards discovering and realizing their full God-given potential. He has facilitated LifePlans for leaders in vocational ministry and the marketplace. He has facilitated StratOps for churches, schools, community non-profits, and other organizations.

Bobby currently serves as the Executive Pastor of Big Valley Grace Community Church in Modesto, CA. Previously, he has been a teacher and administrator in public, charter, and private schools. Bobby holds a B.A. in History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a M.A. in Educational Leadership from the University of the Pacific (UOP). He has been married to his best friend, Michelle, since 2001. He has four children: Jenna, Isaiah, Benjamin, and Sadie.
