“Don’t work with people that are all the same. Work with people who are different. Draw on the breadth of differences in the room, because everyone has something to offer.”
This week we speak with David Stroud, founding pastor of ChristChurch in London, England. David shares about the importance and power of bringing together individuals from diverse settings & sectors. “If you can put people from different sectors together — artists, journalists, academics, businessmen, celebrities, legislators, etc… — there is a much greater chance of actual change and a true cultural shift.” says David.
David shares about his intersection with the Paterson Process and one of his key take-aways from that time: Forum. Forum is a place where David is actively bringing together senior leaders and culture makers to help them think about how they can contribute to the building of a better world.
